Society golf days

Two great courses allow us to give your society or group the most flexible golf packages in the area. Book your society day here at Dewstow and we will take care of the tee sheet, the catering and the prize table.

Spring / summer society package

Coffee and a bacon bap on arrival, then 18 holes of golf. Minimum 8 players. Our most booked day, and the one most societies come back for.

Build your own day

Add a meal in Oakley’s, a second 18 holes, or coffee and bacon baps before an early start. Tell us what you want the day to look like and we will price it.

Twilight society day

For smaller groups and midweek evenings: play as many holes as you can from 6pm, then eat in the clubhouse afterwards.

Society weekend away

Golf on both courses with dinner, bed and breakfast. Exclusive use of the racecourse property is available for larger groups.

  • Scorecards and a starter sheet prepared for your day
  • Catering timed around your last group coming in
  • A prize table and presentation in the clubhouse
  • The 24-bay range and practice greens to warm up on before you go out
  • Buggies, trolleys and clubs to hire for anyone who needs them

How to book a society day

  1. Send us your preferred date, group size and the package you have in mind.
  2. We confirm the tee sheet and hold the date for you on a deposit.
  3. Final numbers and any dietary requirements are needed in good time before the day so the kitchen can plan.

Minimum of 8 players on the spring and summer package. Larger societies can be split across both courses, which means everyone plays at a sensible hour rather than waiting around for a late tee time. Societies of over a hundred have been round here in a day.

Dewstow is one of the leading corporate and society venues in South Wales, and we run everything from a four-ball with clients to a full day with catering, prizes and a meeting room in the morning.
