The room
The clubhouse has a conference room and several smaller rooms, so we can run a boardroom meeting for a handful of people or a conference for a room full. Seated we take up to 80, and up to 100 standing for a drinks reception afterwards.

Tell us what equipment you need when you book — screen, projector, flip chart, or a hard-wired connection for a presentation — and it will be set up before your first delegate arrives.
Day meetings
A typical day here runs: coffee and pastries on arrival, a mid-morning break, a working lunch in Oakley’s, an afternoon break, and the room for as long as you need it. Training days
We host training and assessment days through the year, including multi-day bookings where the room stays set up overnight so you are not rebuilding it every morning. For residential courses we can arrange accommodation nearby, as we do for golf breaks.
Meeting and golf
Finish the meeting at lunchtime and put the group out on the course in the afternoon. It costs less than most team days and people remember it longer.

Getting here
Caerwent sits between Newport and Chepstow, close to the M4 and the M48. Leave the M48 at junction 2 or the M4 at junction 23a and follow the A48. Cardiff and Bristol are both a short drive, Bristol Airport is about 26km away, and Severn Tunnel Junction station is 2 miles from the club.
