What we collect, and why
- Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the size of your party and your message. We use these to answer you.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we keep your email address so we can send you club news, event dates and offers. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Bookings. For tee times, society days, breaks, functions and tables we keep the details needed to run the booking, including dietary requirements where you have told us about them.
- Membership. For members we keep the details needed to administer membership, competitions and handicaps.
Our legal basis
For enquiries and bookings we rely on the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running the club. For the newsletter we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We share them only where it is necessary to give you what you asked for — for example with the accommodation provider on a Play and Stay break — and with the suppliers who host our website and email.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any booking that follows. Booking and accounting records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to the address above or email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add anything that does — an embedded map, a booking system or analytics — we will say so here and ask before it loads.
